Job summary

Coupa seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to drive AI transformation across procurement and finance ecosystems. You will architect multi-LLM workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, and ensure secure, scalable agentic solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You’ll work at the intersection of AI engineering, complex orchestration, and enterprise integration, partnering with customers and Product teams to realize deployment at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical integration roles spanning middleware, API engineering or systems architecture.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js).
• Ability to map AI outputs to deterministic enterprise system workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design AI agentic workflows and ensure secure data exchange across ERP/CRM/CLM ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Lead integration efforts with Coupa Compose and embedded UI approaches.
