Vitabiotics Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead the quality control and product development function.

You will oversee product transfers, new packaging development, formulation of new products, and contribute to NPD while ensuring quality, regulatory, cost, and customer requirements are met. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in food, supplements, or health products, with proven leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a commercially viable

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in product development, formulation, and technical project management.
• Experience leading product transfer and scale-up activities.
• Proven people management experience.
• Experience managing packaging development projects.
• Strong understanding of quality and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of three direct reports.
• Oversee product transfer activities between manufacturing sites and external partners.
• Drive new product development (NPD) from concept through to commercial launch.
• Develop and optimise formulations for new and existing products.
• Lead the design and development of packaging solutions and manage packaging trials.
• Manage multiple technical projects with plans, risks, and budgets to meet quality standards.
