Job Title: Formulation Scientist - Global Agrochemical Company

Contract: 24 months

Location: Bracknell, Jealott's Hill

Salary: £18.16 per hour

SRG is working with a global agrochemical company seeking a Formulation Scientist to join their busy team. They are looking for a chemistry-related graduate with some industrial experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the design of formulations for new and existing active ingredients.
2. Work with the team leader to define formulation development input into multi-functional project teams.
3. Engage directly with other functions to coordinate the delivery of project outputs (e.g., glasshouse screening, analytical, and biokinetics) with the support of a team leader.
4. Provide technical problem-solving support on formulation to interfacing functions (e.g., global supply, manufacturing, marketing, and sales) with the support of a team leader.
5. Prioritize safety of self and colleagues at all times (HSE).
6. Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
7. Industrial experience or a placement year is highly desirable.
