• Assist formulated product development from concept to prototype and launch readiness.
• Conduct bench experiments and formulate products with structured approaches.
• Research materials and processes to identify improvements and new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, results and decisions for governance and compliance.
• Collaborate with QA and Regulatory to ensure protocols meet standards.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and commercial teams.
