Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science.
• Experience in formulation R&D and scale-up.
• Experience liaising with Quality, Manufacturing, NPD and Regulatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple formulation projects and ensure delivery against objectives.
• Liaise with Quality, Manufacturing, NPD and Regulatory teams.
• Support product innovation and generate ideas for new products.
• Troubleshoot formulation issues encountered during scale-up and final manufacture.
