Job summary

Elementis Global is seeking an Associate Scientist, Formulated Solutions, to perform hands-on laboratory formulation development, prototype preparation and initial testing to support new product development from concept through launch readiness.

Working closely with the Innovation Delivery Team, you will investigate materials and processing approaches, generate technical data and ensure accurate record keeping for governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in chemistry or related field.
• Experience in specialty chemicals or personal care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist formulation development from concept through prototype and launch readiness.
• Perform bench experiments using structured formulation approaches for differentiated concepts.
• Research raw materials, technologies, trends to identify opportunities for new products.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of experiments for governance and compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory to align work with standards and safety requirements.
