Confidential healthcare organization seeks a Formulary Management Pharmacist to influence therapy access at scale by evaluating new drugs and supporting P&T committees. Hybrid or remote-friendly positions are available, with strong intellectual challenge and opportunities for professional development.

You will review cost-effectiveness, analyze clinical data, and collaborate with insurers and health systems nationwide to shape formulary decisions balancing patient care with resource use.

Formación

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
• Experience in managed care, PBM, or health-plan settings preferred.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and review drugs for formulary inclusion or exclusion.
• Analyze clinical trial data, cost-effectiveness and therapeutic outcomes to support recommendations.
• Collaborate with P&T Committees on formulary decisions.
• Maintain and update formulary lists in compliance with standards.
• Provide clinical support for utilization management and prior-authorization criteria.
