Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced FLT Operative to support our Rocester manufacturing site. You will operate Counterbalance and Teletruk forklifts as part of the Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team, ensuring safe handling of loads and timely deliveries.

The role is permanent, full-time, day shift (6am–3pm) with own transport essential. Training and career progression opportunities are available within a values-driven, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Tele-truck J5 and Counterbalance B1/B2 licences are essential.
• Accredited Counterbalance Forklift Operating licence from RTITB or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries to site.
• Ensure FLT pre-use checks are completed and logged.
• Adhere to work schedule and attendance policy.
• Plant operations clean-up as required.
• Empty waste from factory and transport to waste yard.
• Replenish stock around site.
• Attend AD-HOC requests promptly.

Job description

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced FLT (Counter Balance & Teletruk) Operative to support the main logistical operations for our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester ST14.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Your role will involve answering to requests, dropping off deliveries by loading and unloading trucks, trailers usinga Counterbalance FLT. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.

We are offering a Permanent Role - Full-Time Day Shift working Monday to Friday 6am – 3pm. * Own transport is essential

Skills &Key Requirements

• Tele-truck J5 & Counterbalance B1 & B2 licence * Essential
• Accredited Counterbalance Forklift Operating licence from an industry-recognised body such as RTITB
• Experience working in a warehouse or on a construction site operating forklifts, heavy goods vehicles, or other industrial machinery
• Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills
• Good knowledge and experience in warehouse health and safety requirements
• Ability to work as part of a team with other staff to coordinate the movement of goods, and able to use own initiative.
• Experience working to tight schedules.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
