Job summary

Acclaim Handling Ltd in Purfleet is seeking a Workshop Engineer to repair, prepare and overhaul forklift trucks at our depot. You will ensure high standards of safety and quality while supporting a busy service operation.

Daily tasks include servicing gas, diesel and electric forklifts, inspecting brakes, hydraulics and steering, performing oil changes and preventive maintenance, and completing weekly timesheets and job sheets as required.

Qualifications

• Repair electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components.

• Carry out preventative maintenance and lubrication.
