We are looking for a Forklift Service Engineer (Service Technician) to work within our After Sales department to maintain, repair, service and modify the company's range of products. About The Role

The role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing forklift trucks and other material handling equipment. Your daily tasks will include:

3. Provide local after sales support to customers.
4. Promptly deal with customer inquiries, problems, or complaints.
5. Manage vehicle stock/deliveries.
6. Achieve set targets.

Candidate Requirements

Ideal candidates will have experience as a forklift engineer, plant fitter, plant technician, or in a similar role. Additional skills include:

• Experience in mechanical engineering.
• Basic electrical knowledge (beneficial).
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good rapport-building with customers.
• Full UK driving license.
