Job summary

RE Resource Group is seeking a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative in Evesham for a full-time, permanent role. You will operate a forklift, handle goods in/out, pick/pack, and assist with assembly and rework while maintaining safe, organized warehouse conditions.

The role requires previous warehouse experience, forklift proficiency (licence desirable), and strong communication and teamwork. A proactive, independent approach and good computer literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or stores experience.
• Forklift licence desirable.
• Good communication skills and a strong team-player mentality.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
• The ability to work independently and use their initiative.
• Good computer literacy and a good understanding of warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move, load and unload stock.
• Complete goods in and goods out activities, including picking and packing.
• Carry out assembly and rework of products.
• Support the movement, storage and consolidation of stock throughout the warehouse.
• Ensure stock is stored safely and efficiently and that the warehouse remains clean and organised.
• Complete general warehouse duties as required to ensure goods are received and dispatched correctly and on time.
