Job summary

3PL Resources is seeking a Forklift Driver in Winsford to operate FLT trucks, pick full pallets, and support the warehouse floor. The role offers a temp-to-perm path through Amethyst Group Limited after 12 weeks, with a focus on reliability and strong work ethic.

Shifts run Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 15:00 with 42.5 hours paid per week. Pay rate is £12.91 per hour, paid weekly, and located in Winsford.

Qualifications

• Valid, accredited FLT licence
• Proven experience operating FLT in warehouse
• Strong attention to detail, literacy and numeracy skills

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT trucks to put away stock and retrieve pallets for despatch within Very Narrow Aisles (VNA)
• Accurate order picking of full pallets, and occasional carton picking from height
• Use hand-held RF scanners to perform stock checks and update the warehouse management system in real time
• Conduct routine pre-inspections on equipment and follow health and safety rules
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free environment by sweeping aisles and removing obstructions
• Assist management with daily operations and warehouse floor duties
