3PL Resources in Winsford is hiring an FLT Operative to drive pallets, pick stock, and support the warehouse floor. The role includes using RF scanners and working within a VNAs layout. You will join a dynamic team with a pathway to permanent employment after a 12-week temp period.

Candidates must hold a valid FLT licence, have good literacy and numeracy, and be reliable and energetic. Shift is Mon–Fri, 06:00–15:00, with 42.5 hours paid per week.

Qualifications

• Valid, accredited FLT licence with proven experience.
• Strong reading and numerical skills for reading labels and stock checks.
• Reliable, self-motivated and dependable with an upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

• FLT Operation: safely operate FLT trucks to store and despatch pallets in VNAs.
• Order Picking: pick full pallets and occasional carton picking from height.
• Inventory Control: use RF scanners to stock check and update the WMS in real time.
• Safety & Maintenance: perform pre-inspections and follow health and safety rules.
• Housekeeping: keep aisles clean, remove shrink wrap, and clear the yard.
• Team Support: assist management with daily operations on the warehouse floor.
