Pertemps Gloucester is seeking a Forklift Driver in Newent to join a busy warehouse team. The role offers a temp-to-perm opportunity with regular overtime and strong long-term prospects for the right candidate.

Applicants should have a Forklift Truck Licence and a Full UK Driving Licence, be physically fit, reliable and able to work effectively in a team. Weekly pay and ongoing support from a local consultant are provided.

Qualifications

• Forklift Truck Licence and Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience in warehouse, loading, or FLT operation preferred.
• Physically fit with ability to perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Load vehicles safely and efficiently for dispatch.
• Operate a Forklift Truck to move products and materials within the warehouse.
• Move large door products and assist with general loading and distribution tasks.
• Carry out manual handling duties and ensure safe lifting practices.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse and follow all safety procedures.
• Work flexibly with the team to meet operational needs.
