Job summary

Timber Building Manufacturing Company in the S13 area of South Yorkshire is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator with a valid counterbalance license and experience operating a combi lift. You will move timber materials within the production facility, ensure safe loading/unloading, and collaborate with warehouse and production teams to maintain a smooth flow of materials.

A full UK driving license and own transport are advantageous, and shifts typically start between 06:00 and 09:00, with finish

• Previous Warehouse experience.
• Full UK Licence and own transport would be advantageous.

Timber Building Manufacturing Company

We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Operator with a valid counterbalance forklift license and proven experience in driving a combi lift. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the efficient and safe operation of our timber building manufacturing facility located in the S13 area of South Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate counterbalance forklift and combi lift to move, stack, and organize timber materials within the manufacturing facility.
• Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to maintain a smooth flow of materials.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Duration: This is a full time, on-going position.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: Rate of pay for this position is £13.50 per hour.

Working Hours: Starting times varies from 0600-0900,You'll be finishing at 18:00 depending on the start time.
