Job summary

BSW Group is seeking an experienced FLT Driver for the Barton Under Needwood site to move raw materials and finished products, loading/unloading where required. You will perform daily checks, log faults, and ensure timber, pallets and packaging are available to keep production flowing.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current counterbalance FLT licence or site-specific counterbalance licence.
• High level of Health and Safety awareness required.
• Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential.
• Great attention to detail and numeric accuracy are important.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks to move raw materials and finished products around site.
• Complete daily pre-operating checks before use and report any faults.
• Record faults using a Defect Report and ensure timber, pallets and packaging are available to maximise production.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
