Job summary

Swift Group Limited is seeking an FLT Driver to join our manufacturing team in the UK. The successful candidate will operate a counterbalance forklift, load and move materials, and support production with accurate stock movements.

We value safety, teamwork and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high quality standards across all site activities. Prior caravan/motorhome industry experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be a confident and safe driver of FLT.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong teamwork skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials and components around the site.
• Supplying production areas with materials as required.
• Completing routine stock movements and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting general warehouse and manufacturing activities.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.
• Picking and moving items from stores
• Emptying wastebins when needed
• Deliver high standard of work to ensure quality targets are met
• Compliance with Health & Safety requirements
