Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a Forklift Driver in Poole on a 12-hour day shift. This temp-to-perm role offers stability, hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a clear pathway into permanent employment with excellent benefits.

As a Forklift Driver, you will operate FLT safely, support production, and help manage stock movement while maintaining high health and safety standards. The role requires a valid FLT licence and the ability to work designated hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating an FLT in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Valid FLT licence or experience willing to be refreshed.
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts, Monday to Friday (06:00 to 18:00).
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, physical environment.
• Strong awareness of health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operating FLT safely within a production environment.
• Supporting production of concrete block paving.
• Loading, unloading and storing raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintaining accurate stock movement.
• Ensuring safe working practices across the site.
• Assisting production teams where required.
