Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a Night Shift Forklift Operator in Poole. The role runs midnight–6am, Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operation within a warehouse environment.
• A valid forklift licence.
• Confidence working at height.
• Competent computer literacy for basic system updates.
• Experience using handheld scanning units or similar technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to move items from the shop floor to storage.
• Use handheld scanners to track, log, and record items moved.
• Ensure overnight processes clear items and maintain tidy warehouse.
• Work at height as required during storage operations.
• Maintain an organised, accurate warehouse environment.
