Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver in Poole. This temp to perm role offers a stable long-term path with a 12 hour day shift (06:00–18:00), and a clear route to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating an FLT in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Valid FLT licence or willingness to refresh your licence.
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts, Monday to Friday (06:00 to 18:00).
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, physical environment.
• Strong awareness of health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operating FLT safely within a production environment.
• Supporting production of concrete block paving.
• Loading, unloading and storing raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintaining accurate stock movement.
• Ensuring safe working practices across the site.
• Assisting production teams where required.
