Job summary

All Square Recruitment Ltd are recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operative for a Colchester, Essex site. This temporary-to-permanent role focuses on general warehouse duties in a busy production environment, with occasional forklift operation.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with training shifts earlier. A valid in-date forklift licence is essential, and candidates should be comfortable with manual handling up to 25kg and working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse/logistics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general warehouse duties: goods-in, picking and stock organisation.
• Load goods into the warehouse in a timely and organised manner.
• Operate a forklift safely as required to support warehouse operations.
• Support a busy goods-in department and daily operational demands.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient handling and processing of goods.
• Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 25kg.
• Adhere to health & safety and manual handling guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
