Job summary

Henlow-based client is seeking a Forklift Operative to join a fast-paced production team on a temp to perm basis. The role covers forklift driving, material handling, and goods in/out, with rotating shifts and weekly pay.

You should have a valid Counterbalance licence, fitness for heavy lifting, and a proactive, team-focused approach to keep production and warehouse operations flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance licence must be held.
• Able to lift up to 20kg and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Enthusiastic, keen to learn and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and self-motivated with good dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Forklift driving (Counterbalance).
• Maintaining materials in factory.
• Taking pallets of finished goods to warehouse.
• Removing/collecting moulds for shifts.
• Emptying waste skips into compactor.
• Completing daily forklift checks each shift.
• Moving full liquid/solid waste drums to chemical compound.
