Job summary

Manpower UK Ltd near Winchester is seeking a Warehouse & Forklift Operative to join a busy team. You will support both warehouse and freezer operations, following procedures to ensure safe, efficient deliveries and accurate documentation.

The role requires a valid forklift license and own vehicle due to location, with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment. Weekend overtime may be available, with weekly pay for full-time hours.

Based near Winchester

£13.03 per hour

Monday-Friday

6am - 2:30pm - Occasional Overtime on weekends available

or

12:30pm - 8:00pm - Occasional Overtime on weekends available

What You'll Be Doing

• Follow warehouse and freezer procedures to maintain safe, efficient operations.


• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and collections.


• Complete all goods documentation accurately.


• Maintain stock rotation and carry out bulk packing when required.


• Pick, pack, and prepare orders ready for delivery.


• Keep the warehouse organised and clean in line with schedules.


• Support the logistics team with driving duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Valid forklift license and full UK driving license
