Job summary

Forklift Driver / Warehouse Op role based near Winchester. Full-time, £13.03 per hour, Monday–Friday with 6am–2:30pm or 12:30pm–8:00pm shifts and weekend overtime available; weekly pay. Must have a valid forklift license and own vehicle due to location.

Are you reliable, organised, and ready for a hands-on role in a busy warehouse environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse & Forklift Operative to join my clients friendly team, supporting both our warehouse and freezer operations. You’ll play an essential part in keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Follow warehouse and freezer procedures to maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and collections.
• Complete all goods documentation accurately.
• Maintain stock rotation and carry out bulk packing when required.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders ready for delivery.
• Keep the warehouse organised and clean in line with schedules.
• Support the logistics team with driving duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid forklift license and full UK driving license
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
