Job summary

Workchain is seeking Forklift Counterbalance and Reach Truck Drivers for roles in Bristol and surrounding areas. The positions offer permanent, ongoing work with standard day shifts in busy warehouse environments. A valid licence and reliable, safety-conscious mindset are essential.

Locations include Bristol and nearby sites with competitive hourly rates and opportunities to work across a range of warehouse settings, depending on experience and site requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid RTITB forklift licence is essential.
• In-house forklift licences may be accepted depending on site requirements.
• Experience operating forklifts in a similar role preferred but not essential.
• Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck experience advantageous.
• Good awareness of workplace health and safety protocols.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Flexible and positive approach to work.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual duties

Responsibilities

• Safely operate counterbalance and/or reach forklifts.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Move stock and materials around the site.
• Store and organise goods accurately.
• Prepare orders and goods for dispatch.
• Carry out routine forklift and equipment checks.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
• Support warehouse and operational teams as required.
