Job summary

CHEP in the United Kingdom seeks a hands-on forklift operator to safely run production operations and service hauliers on a busy yard. You will load and unload HGVs, move palletized stock, and keep production lines flowing to meet service level agreements.

Experience with 4.5 Ton triple fork FLTs is preferred; external FLT license (RTITB or ITSSAR) is ideal, though in-house licenses can be accepted with plans to obtain external certification.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a forklift safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work to quality standards and site procedures.
• Experience in busy yard environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely direct visiting vehicles and load/unload goods.
• Maintain production flow and meet service level agreements.
