CHEP UK Ltd is seeking a Field-Based Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to maintain, fault-find and improve automated equipment across several CHEP service centres in the Daventry region. Based in Daventry, you will work across sites with safety as priority.

You will use CMMS, plan proactive maintenance, supervise contractors, and support projects while delivering reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance or equivalent.
• Strong electrical bias and fault-finding skills across automated systems.
• Experience with PLCs, automation or robotics is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive and reactive maintenance across multiple CHEP facilities.
• Diagnose faults and conduct detailed root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement across equipment and maintenance processes.
