Job description

Job Title: Forklift Operative

We are seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Operative to join a busy company in Sittingbourne.

This role primarily involves loading and unloading lorries and general warehouse duties, including forklift tasks.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
07:00 - 15:00 or 06:00 - 14:00

Rate:

£12.62 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Check paperwork upon receipt of goods, print relevant labels, and complete booking procedures on Factory Master.
• Inform QC when goods have arrived.
• Label, weigh, and store goods at appropriate temperatures.
• Load lorries with bins, ensuring correct matching.
• Operate forklift to load and unload lorries.

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Physical fitness to handle warehouse tasks.

Weekly pay, immediate start available.
