Job summary

Manpower is recruiting for a FLT Driver to join our established warehouse team on-site near Louth. The role involves operating a Counterbalance Forklift, supporting daily warehouse and yard tasks, and moving stock across areas.

Flexibility across shifts and the ability to work independently or with a team are essential. The position requires a valid Counterbalance FLT licence, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and proficiency with handheld scanners.

Job description

Manpower is currently recruiting for a FLT Driver to join a well-established team supporting warehouse and operational activities on-site. This opportunity is well-suited to someone with prior experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Location

Based on the outskirts of Louth, this site is not accessible by public transport, so candidates must have their own reliable means of travel.

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a rotating shift basis, and flexibility to cover both patterns is essential:

• Week 1:
  Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
  Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
• Week 2:
  Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
  Sunday: 7:00am - 6:00pm

Weekend work is part of the role, with days off provided during the week on a rotating basis.

Pay Rate

• £14.21 per hour
