Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Forklift Driver for our Livingston site in Scotland. The role involves safely operating forklifts within a busy manufacturing environment, stacking and moving goods between storage and loading areas. Shift is early 5:30am to 3:30pm, 5 days per week.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid forklift licence, have good spatial awareness and a solid understanding of warehouse health and safety. Weekly pay is provided at £14.15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift licence required.
• Good spatial awareness and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements.
• Ability to itemise and record stock accurately.
• Physically fit and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely manoeuvring forklifts within a busy industrial environment.
• Stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods onto shelves and pallets.
• Moving goods between storage and loading areas and unloading deliveries.
• Ensuring forklift operating areas are free from spills and obstructions.
• Carrying out regular equipment checks and consolidating partial pallets.

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Forklift Driver to join an established production and manufacturing business based in Livingston.

Our client operates a busy manufacturing facility, offering consistent work across a 5-days-out-of-7 pattern with early shift hours and competitive weekly pay.

As a Forklift Driver, your duties will include:
