Job summary

Kinross-based agricultural employer is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join a friendly team. The role offers a base rate of £13.50 per hour with overtime premiums and the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Core hours are Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–3pm, with 12-hour shifts during peak periods and overtime paid at enhanced rates. A valid counterbalance forklift licence is required.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift licence (counterbalance).
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong team ethic.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and hardworking.
• Experience in agriculture is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move goods and materials.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join their friendly team. Main Duties

• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move goods and materials
• Loading and unloading agricultural produce
• Supporting production and logistics operations as required
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Hours of Work

• Core hours: Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm; Friday, 8am–3pm
• Flexibility required: During peak periods, 12-hour shifts may be necessary (with advance notice)
• Overtime: Paid at x1.5 and x2
• Basic rate: £13.50 per hour
