Job summary

Just Temps is recruiting for a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a well-established business on the outskirts of Ipswich. This temporary role offers a potential transition to permanent status for the right candidate. You will support warehouse operations, handle heavy items, palletise, and operate a forklift.

Hours are Monday to Friday, day shift. Pay ranges from £15.38 to £17.95 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include holiday pay, pension, and access to employee rewards.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle heavy lifting, loading and unloading of large or bulky goods.
• Hold a valid, accredited Counterbalance Forklift licence – essential.
• Immediate availability or start at short notice.
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle – essential.

You will be supporting the warehouse operations of the business by handing large, heavy items and palletising. You will be operating the Forklift, stacking at various heights and lifting items. Working hours are Monday - Friday, day shift patterns and the pay rate is £15.38 - £17.95 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Duties:

• General warehouse duties and supporting warehouse team with loading and unloading of large and bulky goods
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently

Requirements:
