Job summary

Manpower is recruiting for a FLT Driver to support warehouse and on-site operations in a fast-paced environment. Based on the outskirts of Louth, candidates must have reliable transport as public transport is not available.

The role operates on a rotating pattern with early and late shifts, and pays £14.21 per hour. You will safely operate a Counterbalance FLT and help manage stock, scanning, and general duties across warehouse and yard areas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an FLT Driver.
• At least 1 year of Counterbalance FLT experience.
• Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
• Assist with day-to-day warehouse and yard operations.
• Transport, organise, and store stock across yard and warehouse areas.
• Use handheld scanning devices to monitor stock movement.

Location

Based on the outskirts of Louth, this site is not accessible by public transport, so candidates must have their own reliable means of travel.

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a rotating shift basis, and flexibility to cover both patterns is essential:

• Week 1:
  Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
  Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
• Week 2:
  Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
  Sunday: 7:00am - 6:00pm

Pay Rate

• £14.21 per hour
