Job summary

Hamilton Woods Group in Coalville is seeking a Counterbalance FLT Operator to join its manufacturing site. The role focuses on safely moving materials, loading/unloading goods, and maintaining accurate stock handling.

You will perform daily forklift checks, adhere to health and safety procedures, and support warehouse duties as needed. The position is rotating morning and afternoon shifts and offers a temporary-to-permanent pathway.

Qualifications

• Valid Category B1 or B2 FLT licence - essential.
• Previous forklift experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or similar environment.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, practical and safety-conscious approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.

A well-established manufacturing business based in Coalville is looking for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Operator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous FLT experience who is comfortable working in a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment and takes pride in working safely and efficiently.
