Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting for FLT Counterbalance Drivers in the Leeds area. You will operate a Counterbalance FLT to pick items onto pallets for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely performance.

You will collaborate with warehouse and office teams to support site objectives and report to your Line Manager. The role requires a valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR), a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job description

FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: Leeds, LS13 4HT
Pay rate: £12.72 per hour
Contract: Temp with the possibility of going perm
Shifts: 12-hour shifts covering days, nights, and weekends (06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00), with additional shifts available on scheduled days off.
We are looking for FLT Counterbalance Drivers to work on behalf of our client in Leeds. As a FLT Driver, you will play a vital role in using prebuilt systems to pick items onto pallets for customers. Ensuring accuracy and time management, while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Working as part of a team of warehouse operatives and reporting to your Line Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Warehouse and Office teams to ensure the smooth running of the operation and the achievement of overall site objectives.

What you'll be doing:

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Unloading/loading of drays and inbound delivery vehicles

What you'll bring
