Job summary

Genuit Group is seeking a Despatch Operative to ensure efficient and accurate preparation and dispatch of customer orders, maintaining high safety and quality standards. You will pick items, prepare loads, and label for transit while supporting on-time delivery targets.

Responsibilities include loading trailers, checking vehicles, and performing pre-shift forklift checks. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid, accredited counterbalance forklift truck certification.
• 1–2 years of forklift操作 experience in fast-moving logistics, manufacturing, or dispatch hub.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and dispatch preparation: locate items, secure loads, and verify paperwork to prevent discrepancies.
• Vehicle loading and unloading: safely load trailers and verify outbound transport readiness.
• Equipment, health & safety: perform pre-shift checks and follow safe manual handling guidelines, keep areas clean.
