Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver on a 12-month contract in Northampton. You will join a small team to move and store materials for a production environment, ensuring accurate stock levels and smooth goods‑in processes.

The role requires a valid Counterbalance certificate, physical stamina for manual handling, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with a £26,300 annual pay.

Impact Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver on a Contract basis for one of our clients in Northampton. In this role you will be working as a stock controller to support a small team with movement of goods for a production environment.

Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay Rate: £26,300 annually

Contract: 12 month contract with a possible permanent extension
