Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver on a 12-month contract in Northampton. You will join a small team to move and store materials for a production environment, ensuring accurate stock levels and smooth goods‑in processes.

The role requires a valid Counterbalance certificate, physical stamina for manual handling, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with a £26,300 annual pay.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance forklift certificate or qualification.
• Stock control experience.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Proficient with computer systems for stock movement.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Counterbalance forklift.
• Take responsibility for stock control and accurate stock levels.
• Maintain accurate stock records and goods in processes.
• Quality check deliveries and store materials correctly.
• Work within a small team to move goods efficiently.
