Job summary

Brightwork Limited is recruiting for a Stores Person in Coatbridge to manage materials flow, stock control and order preparation in a busy manufacturing environment.

This permanent, hands-on position requires a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence, strong attention to detail, good organisation and the ability to work well in a team. The role offers a supportive team and opportunities to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
• Experience in warehouse, stores, logistics or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Basic IT and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and book in deliveries.
• Load and unload vehicles safely.
• Store materials in designated locations.
• Pick and issue parts and materials to production teams.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Assemble spare parts kits and related items.
• Assist with goods-in and goods-out processes.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventories.
• Support stock counts and audits.
• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
• Keep stores and warehouse areas clean, safe and organised.
