Job summary

The Thrive Group is recruiting for a forklift operator in Warminster. You will operate a counterbalance forklift in a busy production environment, loading and moving materials while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

This role requires a counterbalance, reach and PPT licence, with a Monday–Friday 14:00–22:00 shift. You will join a team focused on efficiency and quality in a site with onsite parking.

Qualifications

• A valid, in-date Counterbalance Licence is required.
• Reach Truck licence is required.
• PPT licence is required.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow procedures and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently in a busy production area.
• Load, unload and move raw materials, finished products and pallets around the site.
• Keep production areas and storage locations organised and well stocked.
• Follow food hygiene, health & safety and site procedures at all times.
• Support the wider warehouse and production team when required.
