Elementa Support Services Ltd is recruiting an Outdoor Learning Instructor for a Street-based role in Somerset, delivering outdoor education to students aged 11-16 with SEMH needs. The role focuses on forest school, bushcraft and Duke of Edinburgh activities, planning sessions, managing risk, and promoting wellbeing.

You will work with Years 9–11, creating engaging activities, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with staff to support students’ educational and social development.

Competenze

• Experience delivering outdoor learning, forest school programmes or similar.
• Passion for supporting learners with SEMH needs.
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students.
• Confidence with risk assessments and activity planning.
• Calm, resilient approach in challenging situations.
