Outdoor Owls Ltd in Guildford is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead our forest school approach in the local nursery. You will inspire outdoor learning, mentor Educators, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for children to thrive.

You will partner with our Operations team to deliver the EYFS-aligned curriculum, observe progress, and foster strong partnerships with parents and carers while driving overall nursery performance.

Qualifications

• Early years qualification essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursery daily operations.
• Deliver the curriculum with Lead Educators.
• Build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
• Guide observation and documentation of children’s progress.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure EYFS alignment.
