Job summary

Outdoor Owls Ltd in Guildford is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead our forest school approach in the local nursery. You will inspire outdoor learning, mentor Educators, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for children to thrive.

You will partner with our Operations team to deliver the EYFS-aligned curriculum, observe progress, and foster strong partnerships with parents and carers while driving overall nursery performance.

Qualifications

• Early years qualification essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursery daily operations.
• Deliver the curriculum with Lead Educators.
• Build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
• Guide observation and documentation of children’s progress.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure EYFS alignment.

4 Day Working Week

Up to £42k pa | Based in Guildford

Early Years Qualification Essential

As the Nursery Manager at our Guildford nursery you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

Working closely with a supportive Operations team your role is designed to focus on the delivering of our owlstanding education.

• You will be able to build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
