Job summary

Center Parcs in the United Kingdom seeks a Forest Ranger to help keep our woodland safe, healthy, and full of life. You will maintain footpaths, protect wildlife habitats, and waterways while working outdoors in all weathers.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 in horticulture/forestry or equivalent experience, and a full driving licence. Expect early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays with shifts 7am to 7pm.

• NVQ Level 2 in horticulture / forestry (or equivalent experience).
• Comfortable outdoors in all weathers.
• Knowledge of tools and safety procedures.
• Full valid driving licence (held for a minimum of 6 months).

As a Forest Ranger, you'll help keep our woodland safe, healthy and full of life - from maintaining footpaths to protecting wildlife habitats and waterways.

• Operating specialist tools and machinery
• Supporting conservation and seasonal forestry work
• Work outdoors in all seasons and all weathers

• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• You may also be required to participate in the department's call-out rota as required

About you
