Outdoor Owls Ltd in Farnham is seeking a Camp Lead to steer our forest nursery operations. You will guide a passionate team to deliver exceptional outdoor learning experiences, ensuring safety and inclusion for every child.

You’ll monitor progress, collaborate with the leadership team, and build strong partnerships with parents, while aligning with EYFS requirements and our 4-day work week model.

Qualifications

• Inspire outdoor play and learning in all weather.
• Lead a nursery camp responsible for daily operations.
• Support Educators to create a safe, inclusive environment for children.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily camp operations at Farnham setting.
• Collaborate with leadership team and other camps.
• Ensure EYFS framework is followed and safety is prioritized.
