Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking a Working Foreperson to lead a trades team on residential wet room, kitchen and bathroom projects across the West Midlands, including Coventry, Warwick, Birmingham and Leicester. You will supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship.

The role requires prior foreman-level experience, a Level 2 NVQ in a core trade, and a CSCS Gold Card. A driving licence is essential; SSSTS is advantageous.

Formación

• Experience as a Foreman or Foreperson, or as a Multi Operative with supervisory experience.
• Minimum Level 2 NVQ in a core trade such as carpentry/plumbing/multi-trade — essential.
• CSCS Gold Card preferred; SSSTS advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site trade team across wet room, kitchen and bathroom fitting projects.
• Manage labour and daily productivity; report progress to Contracts Manager.
• Oversee health and safety checks, PPE, vans, tools and equipment.
• Deliver regular toolbox talks; manage pre- and post-work inspections.
