Ian Williams Ltd in Hampshire is seeking a Foreperson to join the Planned Works Capital team to deliver domestic upgrades, mainly kitchens and bathrooms, in our clients' homes, ensuring safety, quality and timely completion.
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will oversee carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, decorating and flooring, supervise tradespeople on site, perform safety checks and support pre-work inspections to set up and finalise projects.
We are a long standing and ever-growing Property Services business built around skilled tradespeople and we're currently looking for a Foreperson to join our Planned Works Capital team in Hampshire. You'll help deliver essential domestic upgrades-mainly kitchens and bathrooms-in our clients' homes, making sure every job is completed safely, professionally and to a quality high standard.
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll oversee a range of work, including carpentry, electrical installation, flooring, decorating and property refurbishment. You'll be an important link between our office and site teams, working mainly in customers' homes.
