Job summary

Serco Limited in the UK is seeking a TC Forensic Psychologist to provide psychological services within the Therapeutic Community at HMP Dovegate, Uttoxeter. You will support assessment, intervention, risk management and rehabilitation activities for residents.

The role requires HCPC registration or progression, experience with offenders, strong report-writing and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. You will deliver assessments, facilitate therapy groups and contribute to service

Qualifications

• HCPC registration or progression toward registration.
• Experience with offenders in forensic settings.
• Strong report-writing and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychological assessments including HCR-20, SARA, WAIS, IPDE and PCL-R.
• Facilitate therapy groups and support residents throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Complete parole reports and other clinical reports within required deadlines.
• Collaborate with healthcare, offender management and education professionals to support outcomes.
• Provide supervision and line management support to trainees where appropriate.
• Support delivery and improvement of Psychological Services within the Therapeutic Community.
