Job Description:

Our Investigations & Compliance team helps clients establish facts related to incidents, losses, or misconduct and assists in remediation and recovery. We manage issues such as fraud, misconduct, regulatory compliance, risk frameworks, and more.

As a Manager, you will independently manage engagements under supervision, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver quality solutions. You will contribute to business development, marketing, knowledge sharing, and practice development. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of forensic investigations, including fraud, misconduct, proactive risk management, compliance, and forensic in audits.
  • Manage engagements independently under the supervision of the engagement leader.
  • Prepare reports for review by senior management.
  • Manage risks and financials of client engagements.
  • Engage credibly with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Develop internal and external contacts through quality delivery and networking.
  • Contribute to proposals and bids for future work.
  • Oversee and develop junior team members.
  • Continuously pursue self and team development.

Leadership & Management:

Manage engagement teams, including onshore and offshore colleagues or contractors, ensuring high-quality work. Liaise with clients and other stakeholders, managing multiple projects and senior relationships.

Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance:

Potentially serve as Engagement Manager on small to medium projects, managing risks and financials, and reporting to Engagement Leaders.

The Person

  • Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years PQE in forensic consulting.
  • Experience across forensic engagements such as investigations, fraud risk, disputes, and compliance.
  • Experience with forensic accountancy, data analytics, corporate intelligence, and electronic media reviews.
  • Experience in statutory audits, financial accounting, and forensic support beneficial.
  • Proven project management skills, including financial and risk management.
  • Experience in scoping forensic projects is preferable.
  • Ability to lead small teams and articulate complex findings.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, establish credibility, and challenge existing practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in business development and marketing activities.
