Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Forensic Learning Disability Services in Norwich. This Band 5, full-time post supports assessment and intervention using MOHO within a Low/Medium Secure setting, with 37.5 hours per week (8.30-4.30, Monday to Friday, no bank holidays).

The post involves collaboration with the MDT, delivery of client-centred therapy, risk assessments and professional development under NHS AfC terms.

Competenze

• BSc/MSc/PG Dip Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC registration (or applied for)
• Membership of ROCT
• Experience of working with people with personality disorder and mental health problems.
• Training in the use of the Model of Human Occupation in practice areas

Mansioni

• Support planning, development and evaluation of OT services.
• Collaborate with service users to identify occupational goals.
• Contribute to team risk assessments and formulation.
• Deliver OT interventions using MOHO and client-centred approaches.
• Provide feedback to MDT on occupational performance.
• Support education to service users and carers on OT aspects.
